Town of Wilbraham
Amending Sewer Regulations
The Board of Selectmen, acting as the Board of Sewer Commissioners, will hold an open public hearing on February 2, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Town Office Building, 240 Springfield Street, Wilbraham, MA to amend the existing sewer regulations including, but not limited to, definitions, use, permits, inspections, betterments, privilege fees, sewer connection fees, other fees, design and construction requirements, illegal sump pump connections, and enforcement of regulations.
Copies of the proposed regulations are available at the Selectmen’s Office and the Engineering Office at the Town Office Building, 240 Springfield Street, Wilbraham. Persons having an interest in such regulations will be provided an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing or may submit written comments in advance.
