Effective: March 1, 2009, Excavators and/or Property Owners are now required to obtain a Trench Permit prior to the excavation of a trench on public or private land or rights-of-way. Trenches that are more than 3' in depth and 15' or less in width are subject to the new regulations and require a permit from the Town.
