Residents are required to provide certain basic information about household occupants each year. A current listing of occupants is sent to each household in January and must be updated and returned to the Town Clerk. The 2010 Federal Census reported 14,219 residents and the official Wilbraham 2010 Town Census figures show 14,868 residents.
The information collected assists town departments, such as schools, seniors, and emergency providers, to anticipate service requirements. It is also used for the random selection of jurors and for maintaining voter records.
