To Whom It May Concern, 

The Town of Wilbraham Parks & Recreation Department is looking for quotes to refinish the Spec Pond Pinney Pavilion Floor. The floor is approximately 4,500 square feet, and we are looking to have the concrete polished. 

The scope of work is: • Project – Spec Pond Pinney Pavilion Concrete Floor Polished 

• Location – 5 Spec Pond Way, Wilbraham, MA 01095 

• Prevailing wage rates apply to this project 

• Project Details:
    o Existing concrete in kitchen, bathrooms, halls and entire main area finished. 

    o Total square footage 4,500 (approximate) 

    o Remove existing paint on floor

    o Fill joints and repair/seal any cracks and level. 

    o Grind the concrete o Densify the concrete 

   o Polish the concrete 

   o Apply a stain and densifier along with non-slip coating (prep surface as needed). 

The project can be completed between April 1, 2025 and June 25, 2025. Work must be completed Monday through Friday, the pavilion is rented on weekends so therefore must be clean and serviceable for weekend usage.
