The Town of Wilbraham seeks mowing and landscape maintenance services for several Town properties for the period of April 4, 2025 to December 31, 2027. This sealed bid procurement is conducted in compliance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B. 

Sealed bids are due by March 27th, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. in the Select Board Office;

The Town shall endeavor, but shall not be required to respond to all questions. Questions and answers shall be posted to the Town’s website in the form of Addenda. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to be aware of all Addenda. 

The contract for the services specified in this document will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by the Wilbraham Select Board. The Select Board is anticipated to award this contract during its meeting on Monday, March 31st, 2025. The Town of Wilbraham reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion if it determines it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
