On January 21 at 12:16 p.m. Officer Peter Laviolette responded to a residence on Fernwood Drive for a larceny complaint. On January 31, after interviews and investigation Officer Laviolette developed enough probable cause to charge Thomas Gamelli 28, of Ludlow with Larceny over $250.
On February 1 at 7:11 p.m. Sergeant Lennon responded to the Woodcrest Condos for a complaint of youths gathering around a motor vehicle. Further investigation revealed a 17 year old male was illegally in possession of alcohol and was charged with same.
On February 2 at 9:45 a.m. the Wilbraham Police Department became aware of two young males that had arrest warrants. They were last seen in south Wilbraham on foot heading towards the Eastfield Mall. Officer David Diogo and Daniel Menard placed Nicholas Accorsi 19, of Wilbraham and another 17 year old with him under arrest for the arrest warrants. The Springfield Police Department actually took custody of the young males as the arrests were made in their city.
On February 2 at 11:35 p.m. Officer Brent Noyes observed a motor vehicle on Maynard Road that was failing to stay within its marked lane. The vehicle was stopped. Further investigation developed probable cause that the operator, Tracey Posusky 43, of Palmer was OUI Liquor. She was arrested for the OUI and also charged with Negligent Operation and Failure to stay within the Marked Lane.
On February 3 at 10:51 p.m. Officers Justin Wall and James Gagner responded to a Boston Road address for a past domestic assault. It was learned that one domestic assault occurred at the Boston Road residence and one at the CVS parking lot. There is currently an arrest warrant for Darin Clark 33, of Feeding Hills for two counts of Domestic Assault and Battery.
On February 5 at 5:39 p.m. three Wilbraham officers responded to a Stony Hill Road address for a reported domestic disturbance. After investigating Officer Thomas Motyka placed Michael Penna 53, of Wilbraham under arrest for Domestic Assault and Battery and Intimidation of a Witness.
On February 6 at 12:25 p.m. a Big Y employee called the Wilbraham Police Department and stated that a shoplift had just occurred. Officer Thomas Korzec and John Siniscalchi responded. Officer Korzec placed Cheyan Capellan 20, under arrest for Shoplifting 2nd Offense and for having two arrest warrants.
