On March 1 at 1:46 p.m. a person came into the police lobby and stated he was assaulted by his girlfriend. An investigation was started. Photos and statements were taken. Probable cause existed to arrest Alyssa Toomey 18, of Wilbraham for Domestic Assault and Battery. It was Officer Thomas Korzec’s arrest and assisted by Officer Peter Laviolette and Lawrence Rich.
On March 2 at 8:30 a.m. Palmer PD notified Det. Rudinski about a man who was uttering and forging fake prescriptions in the area. That man confessed to three incidents in Wilbraham. Bernard Gowen 40, of Monson will be summoned to court by Detective Rudinski for three counts of Uttering a False Prescription and three counts of Forgery.
On March 3 at 12:10 p.m. Officer Daniel Menard observed a student start pushing and punching another student at Minnechaug Regional High School. Camden Sexton 18, of Ludlow was arrested by Officer Menard for Assault and Battery and Disturbing a School.
On March 3 at 4:32 p.m. Officer Justin Wall observed and later investigated a minor motor vehicle crash on Boston Road. While investigating he found that one of the operators had a warrant for her arrest. Rena Condon 50, of Springfield was taken into custody without incident.
On March 6 at 1:43 a.m. Officer Alderico Florindo was dispatched to Dippinghole Road for a single car rollover crash. Angela Howard 39, of Monson was summoned to court for Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
On March 7 at 1:51 a.m. Officer Brent Noyes stopped a motor vehicle for an inspection sticker violation on Main St. While speaking to the operator Officer Noyes observed signs of impairment. The operator, Christopher Mcmaster 26, of Wilbraham was given field sobriety tests, failed and was placed under arrest for OUI Liquor and Negligent Operation.
