On March 7 at 4:40 p.m. Officer Joseph Brewer was called to investigate a violation of a restraining order. Probable cause existed to charge Gabor Kolman 78, of Pennsylvania with the violation of a ‘no contact’ order.
On March 8 at 2:33 a.m. Officer David Diogo observed a speeding violation on Stony Hill Road. The vehicle was stopped. The operator showed signs of intoxication. He then failed field sobriety tests. Adam Mcnulty 20, of Wilbraham was arrested for OUI Liquor and Negligent Operation., and was also charged for the speed violation.
On March 12 at 10:21 a.m. Officer Lawrence Rich was dispatched to Peter Harris for the report of a man acting strangely in the parking lot. Subsequent investigation revealed that Matthew Gobeille 30, of Wilbraham had an arrest warrant and was taken into custody without incident.
On March 12 at 11:45 a.m. a Wilbraham resident came into the Wilbraham Police Department to report that a female violated his restraining order. She was located in West Springfield. The West Springfield police took custody of Kimberly Dangleis 54, of West Springfield for violating a ‘no contact’ restraining order. Officer Thomas Korzec was assigned to investigate and take the arrest. Officer Lawrence Rich assisted by picking up Mrs. Dangleis, transferring her to Wilbraham for booking and ultimately to Palmer Court for arraignment.
On March 13 at 1:17 a.m. Officer Brent Noyes while traveling on Boston Road, ran a check on a car registration and found that there was no current inspection status. The white Saab was stopped and the driver showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. He then failed field sobriety tests. Ricardo Rosa 26, of Springfield was arrested for OUI Liquor and Negligent Operation. Officer David Diogo assisted
