Wilbraham Police are attempting to locate Shiquan Mitchell. Shiquan is a 20 year old special needs black male. He is 6'4" and 287 lbs. Shiquan was last seen wearing black shorts and a black T-shirt with red on the front of it. Shiquan is from the Linwood Dr area of Wilbraham, however is known to frequent Middlesex St in Springfield.
