On July 19 at 11:47 a.m. Detective Cygan responded to a Mountain Road address for a previous domestic disturbance. The homeowner stated his ex-girlfriend threw a rock through his front window. Chelsea Tibbetts 24, of Warren was summoned to court for the Vandalism charge.
On July 20, after a lengthy investigation, Joseph Provost 27, of Monson will be charged with Negligent Operation and Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident. The accident occurred on July 19 at 10:43 p.m. on Springfield St.
On July 22 at 11:12 a.m. Sergeant Glen Clark conducted an investigation and found probable cause to charge Amanda Brandoli 23, of Springfield, with Criminal Harassment.
On July 23 at 2:32 a.m. Officer David Diogo stopped a white Toyota Yaris for an equipment violation on Cottage Avenue. The driver showed signs of alcohol intoxication. She later failed field sobriety tests. Melissa Lambert 48, of Springfield was arrested by Officer Diogo for OUI Liquor and Negligent Operation.
