Some Recent Arrests

On November 1 at 12:25 a.m. Officer David Diogo observed a speeding motorcycle on Boston Road and made a traffic stop. The operator, Daniel Allen 22, of Holland, Massachusetts was arrested for operating his motorcycle without a license. During an inventory search at the station a small glass jar containing cocaine was found. He was also charged with the cocaine possession.

On November 2 at 1:09 a.m. Officer Brent Noyes made a traffic stop on Soule Road. It was for an equipment violation on a Chevy Tahoe. The 17 year old driver from Wilbraham was unlicensed and possessed alcohol and was arrested on both charges.

On November 2 at 1:57 a.m. Officer David Diogo stopped a white Nissan Maxima on Boston Road for a marked lanes violation. The operator showed signs of intoxication.  Michael Kecki 52, of Belchertown failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest for OUI Liquor 2nd offense and Negligent Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

On November 2 at 8:10 p.m. Officer David Diogo stopped a motor vehicle on Boston Road for minor traffic violations. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver and passenger who were both 17 year old juveniles, possessed alcohol and were arrested. The driver was also arrested for OUI Drugs.

On November 4 at 1:13 a.m. Officer David Diogo stopped a vehicle on Boston Road for a speed violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver Robert Rose 22, of Hampden was impaired and arrested for OUI Liquor and Negligent Operation.

On November 4 at 8:40 p.m. Officer Justin Wall and Detective Michael Cygan went to Benton St. for a reported domestic disturbance. The ex-boyfriend, a 44 year old resident of Wilbraham was arrested for Domestic Assault and Battery.

On November 7 at 6:58 p.m. Officers Thomas Motyka and James Gagner responded to a Stony Hill Road address for a domestic disturbance. After investigating, a 27 year old female from Wilbraham was placed under arrest (domestic assault and battery) for striking her boyfriend
