[ARCHIVED] Nomination Papers Are Available

Wilbraham Town Clerk’s Office is announcing that nomination papers are now available for placement of your name as a candidate on the Saturday, May 17, 2025 Annual Town Election ballot.  The last day to obtain nomination papers is Wednesday, March 26, 2025.  The positions being voted that day are: 

  • Select Board member for 3 year term 
  • Assessor for 3 year term
  • Regional School Committee member for 3 year term
  • Cemetery Commissioner for 3 year term 
  • Cemetery Commissioner for 1 year term
  • Water Commissioner for 3 year term
  • Water Commissioner for 1 year term
  • 2 Library Trustees for 3 year terms each
  • Library Trustee for 1 year term
  • Planning Board Member for 5 year term
  • Wilbraham Housing Authority member for 5 year term

The deadline for submission to the Registrars for certification is Friday, March 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. and 50 signatures from registered Wilbraham voters are required to have a name listed on the ballot as a candidate.  We suggest calling our office to set up an appointment to pick up the papers.   Contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 596-2800, ext. 200 if you have any questions.  Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
