The Town of Wilbraham (the “Town”) is seeking proposals for the sale of the following two (2) parcels of Town-owned vacant land in Wilbraham (together, the “Parcels”): (1) the parcel located at 4V Mohawk Street, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Map ID 790/0 4/ 3274, and containing approximately 5,545 square feet (0.127+ acres) (the “Mohawk Parcel”); and (2) the parcel located at 181 Manchonis Road, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Map ID 705/0 181/ 2984, and containing approximately 54,886 square feet (1.26+ acres) (the “Manchonis Parcel”).
